The Posifit Retrofit Solutions Impact Dashboard (PRSID) is a tool that has been developed to visually support technical users and stakeholders in comparing retrofit scenarios, focusing on key process indicators (KPIs) related to financial and environmental impact. The dashboard facilitates informed decision-making by enabling users to explore trade-offs between cost, carbon reduction, and indoor environmental performance. The PRSID includes six main visualization sections, using the following indicators:
- Embodied GHG Emissions
- Operational GHG Abated
- Net Present Value
- Marginal Abatement Cost
- Discounted payback Period
- Indoor overheating degree
Each visualization is designed to support a different stage in the scenario selection process
