Through the Scan2BIM service, we perform digital surveys for users who needs to digitalize their real estate asset. Using high-precision 3D scanners we capture the real conditions of buildings and infrastructure quickly and accurately. The process generates a high-resolution three-dimensional point cloud, from which an as-built BIM model is developed, faithfully representing the building’s geometric and material characteristics.
